When do I need the Business plan?
Business is for operators running multiple Shopify stores, or anyone who needs team access, agency reporting, or centralised billing. It supports up to 3 stores and 2 team members with role management.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is fully preserved and you can upgrade at any time. If you don't upgrade, app access is paused but your data is kept safe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. To downgrade to Starter, contact support.
